Working out is only 10-15% of the health equation, what we put into out bodies is the rest. of course genetics does play a small portion as well. So I ask, are you eating junk and expecting to look a different way? If so, what needs to change in you to make that matter enough to make it a lifestyle change? Sometimes just hearing out loud some of the reasons I use for certain things in my life makes me go what da hailllll am I doing! we only have ONE BODY, ONE LIFE--TIME cannot be gotten existing is not enough, its time to THRIVE, GROW, CHANGE, & BE FULFILLED!
