World travelers: My HP laptop (recent model) manual says this: The wide-range input feature of the computer permits it to operate from any line voltage from 100 to 120 volts AC, or from 220 to 240 volts AC. Given that it doesnt say anything about a switch on the computer, and I dont see one, can I assume that I dont need a converter, and can just use an adaptor plug to make it work in the UK?
