Worried about my wife Wilma, and my Daughters Wenchie 7, and Catherine 1. Another Super Typhoon heading their way, and I am on the other side of the world... No way for me to help them...We almost did not live through the last one..... They would be safe with me here in Colorado now, if the U.S. Embassy in Manila would have approved Wenchies Visa, and Catherines U.S. Citizenship application.... Still do not understand why the Embassy requires me to hand them a copy of my Divorce Decree of almost 40 years ago for my 1 year old to get her citizenship application processed.... Especially when she is our 3rd child to process there, and the Embassy has the Divorce Decree scanned in their computer system...My paper copies were lost in the Super Typhoon Yolanda...They did not care at the Embassy..... .My God.... red tape may result in harm to my family... I hope to hell not!!!!!!!
