Worth repeating--so I hear from a person who was at ground zero...breathed the safe air only to find safe created illness--hired an attorneyy we all know who did nothing and this attorney already has so many complaints and closed door arrangements made to cover up his deceit. The Bar advised us to get in line...so who is really to blame? We add another victim $10,000 worth where either dockets were falsified and claims of work done were never done and/or statutes expired as people were left on their own--yet this attorney declares bankruptcy with 4 homes., and get this his wife is alos an attoreny as he recently transferred his assets the hers (way to go law)....and gets rewarded by the system with ongoing investigations and public record -- not just one or two, or twenty or thirty well documented even has the D.O.J. looking into his bankruptcy and still gets rewarded...probably should make him a judge or a director of education....ooooops we have. Our D.A. should have an answer when crimes are no longer civil but crimional and co-mingling of funds and a request for an escrow accounting by dozens of clients go unanswered--maybe $300,000 worth $5,000 -10,000-20,000 at a time time 30-40 clients. Football--let us pray for a miracle.
