Would anyone be interested in making a recommendation for a pediatrician in the OFallon or Dardenne Prairie area? In addition to the obvious criteria when seeking a physician, Im also looking for: - Same day sick visit appointment availability - A doctor who allows enough time for in-office visits so appointment doesnt feel rushed and parents can ask questions, etc. - EXTREMELY clean facility (waiting room, bathrooms, patient rooms) and staff that practices vigilance when it comes to cleanliness and hand washing/sanitation - A doctor who is open to prescribing antibiotics on the first visit when appropriate rather than going through the whole its a virus, let it run its course song and dance only to be followed by a subsequent visit to prescribe the antibiotics that were needed in the first place. - A doctor who is personable and great with kids, who takes a personal interest in his/her patients, and who respects the opinions and concerns of BOTH parents. Am I seeking the impossible?!? Please help!
