Would i accept a settlement? Why wont they make you an offer? Yes, i would except a settlement. However only if they make the offer before it gets into the courts. Otherwise i want all my money with interest and i want donna jonnet and mary ann jonnet chase to spend time in jail and for thier records to reflect fraud and theft. Hard to get a job in vegas with fraud and theft on your record. dont you agree...i feel Louise White was a victim of mary ann jonnet chase plus she is elderly just ask that she be repremanded and fined her son leroy white he did what his mom told him to do. He actually hit the lotto i dont mind if he keeps his winnings.i kind of feel bad for the guy. Kerry Carmichael...for one he was being decietful to his poor wife Diane. i remember donna telling me his wife was not to know that he rented the car for her mom. so mary ann jonnet chase was or is a hoe..hey so be it. but kerry carmichael owed his wife some respect. but thats not my business. He was in control of my ticket because the store contacted the rental company who contacted him and said who ever was driving the car left thier winning ticket at the store. eventually he knew it was not mary ann or donna driving the rental car..why didnt he insist that maryann and donna tell meHe had the ability to do what wss right just and fair and he went to the LEFT .then he went along with the switching of the tickets....so i feel he deserves the most severe punishment. all he had to do is do the right thing but he chose to go along with the snakes and decieve me and recieve compensation for doing so. Throw the book at Kerry Carmichael this is how i feel. wow lost my train of thought....OKAY Why wont they make me an offer...they are obviously STupId.
