Would like to get a feel for numbers Looking at home baker classes I would charge $10-$20 pp depending on whats being made which includes all ingredients and a take home goodie bag Classes would be on a Sunday (Or possibly weekday for the mums out there) You would learn basic to difficult baking techniques ranging from cupcakes to decorating to macarons, profiteroles and more Each class you would learn something new and get to take home what you make Who would be interested?
