Wow. Chelsea is #1 - their Police and fire Departments are amazing, work extremely hard but I know the fire dept. could certainly use more people & another station (wife of Chelsea firefighter here people!) And congrats to Saugus who made the top 20 - but in my tenure working with Saugus, again, police and fire fighters are great but are understaffed and under appreciated. In my opinion, Public Safety was never a funding priority for the town Government & hopefully that will change in the future.
