Wow. I could not believe somone seeing a baby in a lock car would just walk away. Cars co. and baby seats co. should come up with a seat belt and car seat alarm. Like when you leave your lights on or keys in ignition. Well when your child is in car and the seatbelt is still latched and baby is in car. When you leave and lock car, or you just stay in car and heat reaches dangerous levels it child in car seat still, an alarm should go off, with car saying, either immidiatly"YOU ARE LEAVING THIS CAR WITH A CHILD IN IT. PLEASE REMOVE CHILD "and the only way to shut it off is to remove child. If you are just sitting in car, maybe you oulled over to take a nap because you got tired. Then again if temp reach dangerous levels, car would also speaj" the temp in this car are dangerouly getting high, pleas rescue the child inside. " again not turn off till child is removed. Good to have this one on all seat belts incase you do not have a child. Or a motion sensor that can detect mivment inside and temperatures so if someone leaves an animal in the hot car.
