Wow, had a great time last night at the first Taiwan News in English Night Out! A great group of people hanging out sharing information, including an impromptu (and fascinating) look at Chang An-le (the White Wolf) by Henry Westheim. As always the keen mind, deep knowledge and sharp observations by Michael Turton were impressive and enlightening. We were honored that Michal Thim came down from Taipei and Tyrel Marhanka made the trip up from Changhua. As always it was a treat to have Michael Schram around with his engaging friend Alena Ivannikova as well as Paul Adams. Ended up basically skipping the presentation for a more laid-back flowing topical discussion, and everyone adding in insights, enriching the evening for everyone (I learned something new from everyone there! Awesome!). Anyone got any interesting topic ideas for another one?
