#XodusTRXTutorials - Todays TRX exercise is the #TRX Overhead Squat. Try out one of my TRX Classes at @fitbernal_glenfit in #SanFrancisco ➡️BENEFITS: Works Posterior Chain which includes spinal erectors, glutes, hamstrings and upper back muscles. Encourages good posture by strengthening these muscles. INSTRUCTIONS: Place hands in the stirrups. Bring hands overhead. Keeping the TRX Taught, drop into a squat without allowing the hands and arms to come forward. IMPORTANT NOTES: Arms will want to come forward. The harder it is to resist, the more it says about your postural strength and shoulder mobility. If your arms come forward then concentrate on working only to this point and progress in depth once you can effectively maintain form. Complimentary exercise in #Yoga: #Cobra
