Am unable to leave my room because something is wrong with the lock so they have removed the doorknob, etc. (click on photo to left, and you can see the door handle lying on the carpet...) ... have security coming tonight to stay with me, as so many incidents happen, but at this point, instead of being able to rest, I have no doorknob, no lock..anyone can enter, can come and go as they please...so until it is fixed, am unable to get rest, needed after the long journey here...... this is an electronic lock...wonder what they intend to replace it with...???
