Youve admitted you are doing wrong. Youve looked at your reflection in Gods Word and want to make the changes you see are needed. You can change! You can do it. But dont try to do it alone. Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Dont be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the LORD and turn away from evil. (Proverbs 3:5-7 Consider this . Admit you cant win this victory on your own. Humble yourself before God and ask for help. So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come close to God, and God will come close to you. (James 4:7-8 Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you wont be doing what your sinful nature craves. (Galatians 5:16 Keep using Gods Word as a mirror and act on what you see. Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path. (Psalm 119:105 Put your hope in God and his Word. You can count on him! I am counting on the LORD; yes, I am counting on him.
