Luke Whearty, former head of Melbourne-based Bar Der Raum (voted world’s best bar in 2012, mind!) will be heading the bar of our elevated public house. With house-made spirits distilled with botanicals sourced from the Ann Siang area, as well as a house designed beer (Oxhorn Lager) containing a fusion of local citrus and spices, Luke has really brought his A-game!
