Turns out I just didnt tighten the bolts enough. So I paid $89 for a house call that might have been saved if Id known what I was doing (or been stronger!). But I still felt good for reasons of pure vanity, because when he called his supervisor to ask how much to charge me, he referred to me as a home improvement expert. (yeah, whatever, but thanks)
