Yeah, new workout video for you guys. Focusing on arms and back this time. This is different to normal. These are super sets. Do 30 of each exercise then move on to the next and complete 4 rounds :) - Bent over row - Medicine ball push-up - Alternating medicine ball push-ups - Alternating plank walks - Alternating lateral & front raises. - Standing back fly - Bicep curls - V raises - Forearm handstand Enjoy :)
