Yes, Dr. Alfred Mutua is showing us what being a governor is. Its working for the people. You are the only Governor who has shown H.E RAO value for his time and resources for the US trip he sponsored some CORD governors. You came back inspired and now showing it in action with great motivation and a burning desire for change. You chose not to continue singing baba baba but to show baba that yes, it was a worthy course. Every county have monies, the people now have themselves to blame for choosing wrong leaders. No more hatuko serikalini. You are worth our pride in CORD. Some sympathizers of failing Governors in CORD say Mutua is a media man and knows how to shout, but I say the TV, radio, FB, twitter is for all; how do you expect media to highlight nothing of a governor doing nothing. We challenge the governors, if you do it, tell us. shout about it so that we can know for it is not your money you are investing, its our taxes. Your silence as you spend only means you are stealing!! Its never a secret as we pay taxes, so it can not be an in house thing for you and your executive as you implement project...You lazy Governors in CORD must wake up to brand CORD as the coalition for growth and development....not noise noise noise of party politics as we organize to finally take it in 2017 as a result of leadership you shall have shown. Lets leave the enactment of bad laws, protection of impunity, bribery and corruption, false promises, and ICC fights of a dying horse to Jubilee coalition doing nothing better than courting a silent dictatorship and honey mooning with faces that represent oppression, scandals, pride and recklessness. I am happy, the tyranny of numbers is affecting us all in equal measure. We are all on tyranny of suffering.
