Yes there are tunnels already and many have been found in San Diego that are being used for drug deliveries. Not long ago there was a very sofisticated tunnel found in a wherehouse in San Diego being used by drug cartels. No question that enemies will have more sophisticated tunnels to enter America. We must close our borders and put our military on the border to patrol and protect through an admendant to our Constitution.
