Yesterday I had Don Bear from Stutsman County on N&V. He placed a rock near a section line on a little used prairie trail. Right by a bush so you had to slow down if you ever went by it. Hunters went by it and never hit it. A game warden went by it and admitted he wasnt paying attention and he wrecked our Ford pickup we gave him. They had Don charged criminally! Please tell me you dont think that was right!?
