Yesterday, I saw a post in FB made by my teacher suggesting that Every Govt. employee must opt for the Government schools for the education of their children. His vision behind this statement is that if the children of those employees who are in prestigious posts in different sectors receive their education in government schools then the quality of education will definitely improve. In addition to that, I would like to suggest that the education should not be marks oriented or in other words performance of a student should not be judged by marks. Education should be an interacting process and a students ability should be expressed in terms of his knowledge, presentation of this knowledge before others, communicating with others, expression of own views, creativity, efficiency in practical conditions. A marks oriented education system just suppress the knowledge and teach how to get good marks using short cut or long cut.
