Yesterday was our first visit with what will be Belles school (transitioning from First Steps to school). The emotion was almost overwhelming as we pushed Belle through the halls of that building. Ms. Robins, the author of this post, expressed my feelings exactly! While I want Belle to learn academically, I want her to KNOW shes a wanted and valued member of her community MORE. I want her to have friends and be liked. I want people to enjoy being in her company like Dave and I do. So many emotions I feel... ~sniff~
