Yesterday was very productive. 40 breakfast burritos made and hopefully they will get us through the fair and a couple of weeks of school. Peanut butter and regular no bake cookies made and in the freezer for the fair. The beets and carrots Charlotte and Rick Caves sent home with us cleaned and peeled. We used some of the beets for supper last night with the corn and tomatoes they gave us too. Something about corn on the cob, fresh buttered beets and BLTs with fresh tomato says summer all the way. I also made chocolate heaven dessert to go with...yum yum! Now to just keep up with the laundry and finish some last minute stuff before our vacation starts.
