Yesterday we got some pork bellies...we vacuum sealed some and froze them but Doug smoked 3 of them with mesquite long and slow...this morning I woke to the smell of bacon...glorious bacon...and my amazing husband was at the stove...thick sliced amazing crunchy smokey bacon for breakfast...sooooo delicious...I dont think I will ever buy pre-smoked bacon again...best bacon I have ever had...and my whole house smells like the air smells when we have been camping...delicious amazing bacon...YUM
