Yesterday while telling Katie McClintock that I had a most annoying day, I mentioned one incident. When explaining a technology glitch for conference sign up to a parent at 7 am, I said, Stand by, we are working on it as we speak. She retorted, We dont have time to stand by, we all have things to do. Are you sending an email to us when this is working? Katies reply to me, Well, now you know what its like to work in customer service!
