Yesterday, while walking the dog, the wife and I had an interesting conversation about the loss of real men actors. Harrison Ford is now horribly, cripplingly old, as is Clint Eastwood (not that both of them couldnt still kick *my* ass) and we were hard-pressed to find suitable replacements from our current crop of young talent. Who are the next real men actors of our generation, if there are any? Dont get me wrong, I like Christian Bale as much as the next guy, but hes too pretty. And while Norman Reedus isnt (pretty)(Ladies, your mileage may vary (Dont yell or hit!) :) ), he needs a few more shows under his belt to qualify for the type of actor were talking about. We were also excluding any wrestlers or MMAers turned actors because our criteria was more like men who just look mean without having to be made up to look that way. This eliminates the Rock, Jason Statham, etc... Closest we could come was Daniel Craig (the current Bond). He looks like he could spend his spare time punching bears or deforesting trees with his bare hands. :) So help us out...were fairly limited, and our definition is broad, I realize...fun conversation though...
