Yesturday was such a busy day. We registered ocer 80 people into our 24Fit bootcamp Challenge at the Healthy Hangout. People tried shakes and loved them. Today we had am and pm sessions for assessments and let me tell you...excuses are so easy to come out be we didnt allow them...we finished assessments no matter what challenges every1 had. After the assessments we were packed at the healthy hangout making shakes and doing weigh ins but everyone came together and helped out. Today we had 15 more new signups n my inbox is filled with questions about tomorrows makeup. Imma tell u...these participants Inspire me like u wouldnt imagine. I meet amazing people.
