Try switching some carbs today for more leafy greens and protein. - Train a little more consistently. Strength, cardio, yoga - do a little of the things you enjoy and aim for daily movement, even 10 mins to begin. - Think positively. See exercise and good food as a reward, not a punishment. - De-stress. Take the time each week to unload. Again, start with just 10 mins. Try journalling, reading, meditating, slow walking or swimming in the ocean. If youre not losing as much fat as youd like, rework your formula and go again. - Pete
