You are probably familiar with geographical indication protection for food and drink, which identifies goods as originating from a country, region or locality where a particular quality, reputation or other characteristic of the product is linked to its geographical origin. Now Marialuisa Coppola argues that this should be extended to non-agri products like ceramics, marble, shoes or musical instruments. Do you agree?
