You asked and we delivered..... with the help of Kettlercise Cornwall! We will now be running 2 Kettlercise classes a week - Tuesday at 6.30pm and Thursday 7.30pm.... This is AMAZING news. We are over the moon at the Red Gym to be able to bring you a fantastic class.
