You dont have respect for our own traditional rulers. But when they call you in Yoruba land, you go and dobale, when they call you in Hausa land, you go amd dobale. -Ezebunwo Nyesom Wike, to Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi while innugurating the executive of GDI, his political terrorist group in PHALGA This is the man who thinks himself better than Gov. Amaechi, on what basis? Developmental track record as former chairman of Obio Akpor LGA, creative leadership as Amaechis former chief of staff, or simple common sense and intellectual prowess displayed as Minsiter for state and now minister for Education? This is the type Nigerians crave for, men afflicted with mediocrity displayed as unmitigated oral diarrhoea. While he roams Rivers state like a bull in a China shop, the primary job that brings home his pay lie commatose. Yet this man smiles to the bank every month collecting money for work he did not and cannot do. We who continue to frown at these trouble makers in Rivers state and are bent on standing defiantly behind gov. Amaechi like antills of the savanah after a forest fire do so for just one reason- the man has worked PURPOSEFULLY towards clear ends for Rivers people, no matter how meagre. To say he hasnt, to continue to forment the sort of folly the anti-Amaechi crew are showing in Port Harcourt is to be anti-progressive, uncreative, wicked and foolish. We need progress in Rivers state, we love the newly built primary schools, PHCs, roads and hospitals. Whoever does not love the new look of Port Harcourt, courtesy of this Governor is not only mentally stagnated but simply blind. No matter what political ambitions they have, no mattef the favours they crave from President Jonathan, the Nyesom Wikes, Austin Oparas, Chibudom Nwuches and Felix Obuas should not submerge the little benefits Rivers people are getting from Amaechis humble development strides in the bottomlessness of their greed, political bitterness and unabashed quest for relevance and power. We are not all politicians. We dont wish to be. We are not partisan. All we crave is simple benefits from our goverment. In the name of God allow this man to finish his work. We did not elect him to tuale or dobale for tradtional rulers. IT IS NO SIN IF A MAN REJECTS HIS SATAN FATHERS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ELECTED HIM.
