All of which will leave you drenched with sweat as you torch calories at a torrid rate. Heres how it works: Follow the directions for each exercise. On exercise 1, youll work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, and repeat for 4 minutes as directed. Then youll rest one minute, before moving on to exercise 2. Repeat this procedure until youve completed all four sets of movements.
