You have a duty to your children before they are even born - to choose them a good mother. Virtually all mothers will care for their child physically, but choose the one who will nurture his deen, teach him the sahih aqeedah and will bring him up on piety and taqwa. Likewise for the sisters, choose a man who will be a good role model for your children. Not some wannabe barbie doll who spends an hour getting ready every morning. He should be disciplined and be the ameer, not a pansy who doesnt know how to run a household.
