You know, i dont think this is talked about enough... people whisper behind others backs oh that kid needs to see someone... he has Autism, hes got ADHD, why does he have those meltdowns at that age... Well, im going to put it out there. Im not ashamed. Im trying to help my child (feel like im not getting anywhere too fast to be honest) but had a minor break through tonight, so thats one step closer than we were yesterday. Cooper is seeing a psychologist for an Anxiety Disorder, with OCD and he has physical tics too.. he rolls his eyes, shakes his head slightly, and his new one this month is touching his fingers together. So i accept that my child is different so i do not wish to change him, merely give him the tools to survive and make the most he can out of life. Im so very grateful for all of my friends and family who understand this about Cooper and are patient and love him for who he is regardless.
