You know what I dislike? When you buy something (keyless garage door opener) to replace the one that goes kaput and you spend the time to go to the store and purchase the unit. You make sure it is compatible with the device it works with (door opener) and pay a little extra for the features you think might be nice. Come home and install (very simple) then try and program according to the instructions supplied..... try again... and again... Call customer support and receive via a recording slightly different instructions and make another attempt to program... and another... and another... Then pull up their website and go to the troubleshooting page and discover there is yet another slightly different procedure to program this unit. Oh this must work for sure, right? Failure on first, second and third attempt. Upon further investigation, I find that this model is not compatible with my specific model of garage door opener (Wayne Dalton) even though the package clearly states that it is with no restrictions. Ok, so now I must remove the opener, (easy enough) and find the time in my busy schedule to return the item to the store. Of course I spent another 30 minutes finding one, just like the one I took off because it went "tango uniform" (navy term that has a somewhat obscene meaning) and now must wait until UPS delivers it to my door. Two hours of my life down the crapper... Ugh.
