You need to exercise daily to burn off unnecessary fat and keep - TopicsExpress

You need to exercise daily to burn off unnecessary fat and keep fit. The spiritual body of a Christian should be toned and not flabby. To keep fit therefore, daily exercise in prayer, study and meditation on Gods word, as well as participation in Kingdom work should be the believers priority. As an expert in the field of health and wellness rightly observed, the average Olympian trains four hours a day at least 310 days a year for six years before succeeding. Swimmers train an average of 10 miles a day at speeds of 5 mph in the pool and Marathon runners average 160 miles a week at 10mph! If all these are borne for earthly gains, you should be much more disciplined for eternal rewards (1 Corinthians 9:27). Do you know that there is no race best run than the Christian race? However, you must keep in mind that the road is rugged and dreary. It requires much self-denial and sacrifice. And your attitude towards all you have to endure will determine if you will finish well or not. Tribulations and trials should make you grow in faith, more patient and keep you near the source of your strength-Christ (James 1:2-4). To run successfully, you must run in the strength of the Lord. Decide not to be moved by what you see or experience. Have you ever experienced the thrill and ecstasy that comes with accomplishing something you did not think you could do? Imagine the brightness and the contentment of making it into heaven, the kiss of God and the Well done, thou good and faithful servant! Untold joy and happiness awaits you if you would persevere just a little longer because our salvation is nearer than when we believed and there is so much joy and a crown awaiting winners (Romans 13:11, 2 Timothy 4:7).
