You wanna know what I think. I think the Sith and Jedi are underground. Waiting to rise to another war. It explains the man in the beginning panicking in the Storm Trooper suit which means after his panic he soon discovers Lukes hideout and is trained to become a new Jedi. He was once a part of the Empire, but they booted him out alone on a distant planet because they soon discovered he had mystical abilities which after the death of Darth Vader was considered taboo, so the war between the Rebels and the Empire continues but with no guidance. And Hans Solos son still fighting the Empire as a Rebel and is piloting the X-wing, and his daughter might be a bounty hunter. But they all eventually meet up. What do you guys think? Haha! There you go, their just might be a reason as to why the force has awakened. ;)
