You want to teach Ugandans patriotism because you think they are not patriotic yet they voted for you.................... You want to change national anthem because you think it is nolonger attractive to Ugandayns, you even say that the english used is difficult to understand yet it was enjoyed even when education levels were very low You blame peasants for remaining in subsistence farming for years despite your campaign for commercial farming. You disband NAADs and and put solidiers in agriculture. You create Land unit in police, state house and ministry, then when they fail you put Minister Nantaba led committee which fails before a year, you also disband it and propose a new law. Thirty years we have a #resisting government (national #resistance movement)...it has never had stable policies, it keeps on try and era method, it keeps on resisting, resisting and resisting .....We are just stuck with a despot who wants to rule upto death....... .
