You would think, given his life history, that despite perhaps not having been taught fundamental manners and common courtesy from his parents and/or grandparents, that having made it to the office of pResident of the United States of America, SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE along the line might have given him a hint or two. In addition to blowing off his daily security briefings, I guess he hasnt consulted much with the Office of Protocol in the State Department, located just off the Diplomatic Entrance thereof.....
