“Your business is only as strong as your team and your team is only as strong as your leadership.” M. Lehnertz What are the key words in this quote? Let’s start with “Strong, Team, & Leadership.” Strength: It’s an energy and an effort that allows us to do some level of work. Team: The group responsible for the energy and effort it takes to do the work. Leadership: The person(s) responsible for “strengthening” the “team” and providing supervision and direction. So how strong is your Team? How strong is your Leadership? How well does the Leadership Communicate with the Team and vice versa? Do the Leaders and the Team make tough decisions? Do the Leaders base their decisions on Integrity or is more out of convenience? These are just a few issues that Leaders and Teams need to examine and act on.
