Youre invited! Christmas is here and it truly is the most exciting time of the year...which means that New Years is literally right around the corner. Kyle and I have made huge strides this year with our health and nutrition - losing about 45 lbs between the two of us (AND more importantly feeling so so so much better on the inside). Im not requiring any commitment right now - I just want to know if you are at all interested in the my first health challenge group of 2015.
