Zafar Akbar Bhat remembers Hangul Bouch Kulgam martyrs Srinagar, July 31: While stating that Kashmir freedom struggle is written by Maryr’s Blood, Pro freedom leader and Jammu and Kashmir salvation movement chairman, Zaffer Akbar Bhat said that today in 1993 Indian armed forces killed 12 innocent people in Hangul Bouch Kulgam during a siege and search operation and after the passage of years no action was taken against the troops involved in the killing. While meeting the parents and guardians of Hangul Bouch and those who were martyred in the month of August from 2008 to 2010, he expressed solidarity with the families and assured them that the martyr’s mission will be taken to its logical end. He said that Kashmir massacres including Gawkadal, Bijbehara, Handwara, Sopore, Kopwara and the innocent killings from past over 20 years have proved that kashmiris will not surrender before India’s military might and power. He said that it also proves that Kashmiris will not bow in front of India to get economic benefits but will continue to fight peacefully for the success of freedom struggle. Zaffer Akbar bhat encouraged the families of Martyrs said that those who laid their lives, who are in jails, who forced to disappear, and our sisters and mother who were targeting are our assets and they have secured a special position in the ongoing freedom struggle andtheir scarifies will not allowed to go waste. He said it is now the responsibility of pro freedom leadership to guard the martyr’s mission and their sacrifices. (CNS)
