Zimmerman trial: Here is my take on it. The US Justice system and a jury of his peers found him innocent of the charges. The End - as for the legal part in my opinion. What I do see here is a TRAGEDY! If either one or both of these individuals had acted differently, there would have been a totally different outcome. But that is not what happened and thus we have a tragedy that will not be over just because the trial is over. Whites do not hold blacks or black men in contempt any more than blacks hold whites. I live and work in a diverse environment and I treat everyone with the respect they earn. One thing this case should point out is responsibility of carrying a firearm and the issues you will encounter should you ever have to use it to protect yourself or your loved ones. Take the right very seriously! May God bless both the Martin and Zimmerman families.
