a plant from Aesperia Name: Twig Tree Type: Tree (Conifer) Habitat: Other World: Aesperia: Found in the equivalent areas of the tundra regions of northern Canada and the Siberia regions of Russia; as well as high up in the rockier regions of mountains in China. Description: Six inches to a foot tall conifer tree. They are easily mistaken for pine tree saplings; but closer inspection shows they have tiny pine cones when reproducing. History/Abilities: They are superbly adapted to areas with low soil nutrients as well as hard soil or rocky conditions. Their small size allows them to have thin and or shallow roots. Other than this they have no special properties with one exception, they are poisonous to most herbivores preventing them from being eaten despite their small size.
