all the emails and testimony that No One gave us notification of the Floor Amendment...............or Sector Plans....I spent almost 21 months cause I did take some time off...to get dates........................of hearings................. Federal filters what gets before the Magistrate or Federal Trial Judge..............a pro se in their Court..................right.......but that Civil Rights violation......this Civil Complaint id not and the facts on that zoning and what happen because of it..............
