Terrorism Is Never Resistance: -A Sunni Syrian family was wiped-out by Syrian rebels just because their son is a member of the Syrian Army. -More than 70 students of a college in North-East Nigeria were killed by Boko Haram militants.Almost all the dead students were Sunni Muslims. -A 16 year-old girl named Malala was shot on the head by Taliban militants.... -Syrian rebels killed more than 200 Sunni Kurds including women and children. These are just few examples of terrorist acts against Sunni Muslims by these Wahhabi-inspired groups.The list of terrorism against Shias is endless..... One of our great writers in Nigeria,Dr.Aliyu Tilde,who is a Sunni once asked this question that why is terrorism that is attributed to Muslims only perpetrated by Sunnis? The simple answer to this question is that Wahhabism is a deviation from Sunni Islam.Wahhabi built on the pillars of excommunication(Takfirism) is the driving force of these terrorist.These terrorist have to excommunicate Muslims first before murdering them. And as we all know Wahhabism was built by a conglomerate of ignorant minds, blood-thirsty minds who thinks by be-headings and ruthless murders Islam can be propagated. Lets give a clear example: The superiority of Western powers over Muslims in the last 200 years is not that they have a superior civilization but because they are more advanced in science and technology. An the irony of the whole thing is that the West got this knowledge from Muslim scientist through Spain(Adulasia) which was under Muslim rule for centuries.It was not an accident that Spain was first to develop scientifically before Britain,Germany and France. So for Muslims to re-gain that lost glory what must we do?We must make advancements in science and technology and that can only be done by studying works of Western scientist and making improvements on their work if possible. Science is wisdom and it is not a property of any race or religion,it is the property of humanity. Then groups in Pakistan,Afghanistan and Nigeria declared that to study such knowledge is a great sin punishable by death.Imagine such ignorance by these groups.... Scientist and geographers had proven that the earth is spherical in shape many centuries back but the Wahhabi highest priest in Saudi Arabia claimed that the earth is flat. Possibly it was a verse in the Quran he mis-interpreted because that is what Wahhabism is all about;shallow knowledge and myopic thoughts used to interpret Islam. So lets go back to terror actions of these deviant groups, how can ruthless killings propagate Islam?How can the murder of innocent people brings glory to Islam? What will bring glory to Muslims is Faith,Knowledge, tolerance, unity and dedication.
