before five years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. after then everyday I must take medicine to command my blood sugar. Though I never cease taking pills and call on my doctor periodically, I felt my physique is one day inferior to the next day. Last month, my son adviced me to enter into a project which is to teach people how to do exercise to preserve younger and health. At first I was reluctant to do this because I thought it can’t work valid for me. But I didn’t want to live up to my son’s good will, so I stick to doing the sports everyday. The consequence is good.
