can someone give me an answer to this if possible.. Ive not felt myself for months i really though and still thought uve got a heart problem ive had ECGs telemetrys and a 24hour tape it all came back normal but i feel pain on my left side of chest and under the breast bone going through to my back, i keep getting told my heart is ok but i get funny tightening pains down my arms and legs and in my meet along with dizziness and light headedness. Sometimes especially when i try to sleep or lie down i feel like my lungs stop functioning for seconds and feels like i lose conscioucness only for seconds. My saturation are 97-99% my heart rate is 60-90s so does anyone know what it may be? i suffer from bad anxiety also. what about fluid or a clot in the lungs/chest or fluid on the heart would they suspect it by now? its really frustrating me😓
