...finally slathered the first layer of paint on the aswang demon; still need to repair the merman, but somehow Im stuck assembling these gosh darn Nercronomicons! working on TWO more right now, involving different techniques, thus making them both prototypes >;-) hot glue for one and a foam base for the other...well see what happens... ...looks like Ill be extending past the weekend deadline, but the main components will be done tonight, so deadline is met, more or less; the list keeps growing, so the changing of the deadline is necessary...might actually pick up a few more journals and start a second series of necro-journals that will be up for sale, but maybe I should wait until I sell a couple of the first series to pay for the supplies first >;-) I tend to get ahead of myself when I find a new outlet for my creative urges...lolz... ...DAY 10; I am thankful for the Seahawks being 9-1 this season, and hope they keep it going >;-)...not really; I am actually thankful for getting together on Sundays with the family and some good friends to enjoy each others company, great food, playing with the kids, and just using football as a general excuse for our Sunday gatherings >;-) ...DAY 11; I am very thankful of the freedoms I am granted today by the bloody work of our veterans of yesterday and present, and tolerant of a government who not only thumbs its nose at them, but expects these warriors to defend them and not WE THE PEOPLE...but I digress...I am very thankful of those who have put their lives on the line for preservation of my comfortable way of life, and hold them in the highest regard and with the greatest honor... ...No-shave November is still in effect, and fuzzy like a carpet >;-) ...more fidgeting about to do in the DRUMgeon, but kind of putting it off for a few days. ...more testing and coordinating of cameras to accomplish; I should just strap one on my head and film randomly all day tomorrow, just to see what kind of footage Im capable of, under different lighting conditions...a multi-cam shoot of just a couple minutes of footage, from multiple angles, and then cut the footage into a rough edit. ...still brainstorming a small magic routine; a collection of money tricks involving both coins and bills...Ill definitely perform the 4 coin matrix, 5 ones into 5 twentys, origami bill, 3 phase coin routine, and 4 coin hand-to-hand transposition as centerpieces, with some quicker/smaller tricks thrown in...Its mostly a matter of what order to put them all in; kind of makes sense to start with just one quarter, and slowly work my way through to using the most, say, a stack of hundred dollar bills (as if I had a stack to use hahahahahaha if I did, Id probably need to use them for rent, groceries and cigs first lolz just sayin)...considering this a more long-term goal; maybe get somewhere with it by closer to Christmastime >;-) for the kids! ...so as you see, a full plate again, and should be as such all through the next week. Going to try to complete a proverbial ton of experimentation in different fields of study/varied media. All in an effort to expand my horizons, increase my proficiency, and extend my proliferation >;-) to become as multi-faceted as a rare diamond! I wont be for much more laboring tonight; perhaps another hour or two, but Ill be back in action around noonish tomorrow, after some of this coffee and breakfast I keep catching the end of lately...did you know theres a whole society of these people who exclusively use eggs, bacon and toast for morning eating?!
