for the past few days Ive had a swollen gum, hoping i didnt need to go and have a root canal and all that. So on saturday i did an oil pull and yesterday i was chewing gum and this huge wad of what looked like half a slice of bread all wadded together came out of somewhere and i wake up this morning and my tooth is back to normal and my gum isnt swollen anymore. glad i didnt make an emergency appointment at the dentist!
