for those of my jewish friends who are fasting tomorrow. tomorrow is a day in which jewish people fast and reflect upon the horrible situations both in the passed and present caused baseless hatred, the latter (not the fasting part) of which is something of people in the word can and should do, atleast on a minor level, and think of ways we can make this world a better place. but for those of you fastng, to make your fast easier, Drink TONS water today and if at any point during the fast you feel seriously dehydrated, it might be good idea to drink water a) to make the fast easier and b) to avoid turning the day of reflection into a sefety issue for yourself. have an easy fast and lets do what we can to make this world a better place.
